Develop System

Architecture documents and artifacts where functionality, performance, and cyber security are addressed as an integrated whole. Present solutions and designs to partners, customers, and internal stakeholders, including the preparation of RFP documents. Contribute to the overall technical policy definition and its implementation Provide coaching and tutoring on key strategic skills and techniques Lead technical specification definition and to subcontractor selection Lead the architecture practices (e.g., modeling, design, coding) as directed within one or more projects Undergraduate degree in relevant field ~5+ years in solution architecture, with increased complexity over time ~ Demonstrated expertise in operational and capability analysis ~ Strong background designing Command & Control (C2) and Intelligence solutions ~ Practical knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and multi-sensor fusion architecture supporting situational awareness and autonomous decision-making. ~ Familiarity with modern loud computing framework & micro‑service architecture for scalable system deployment Needs analysis & Value creation Architecture frameworks (e.g.,

Security: must be able to obtain and hold a valid Canadian security clearance and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Canadian Controlled Goods Registration Program and ITAR The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) $120 – $140,000 -$160,000 CAD Annual. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls 5within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee's career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company's annual salary budget, the customer's program requirements, and the company's internal equity.
