Position Description:

We are looking for a senior ServiceNow professional with strong expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that address business and technology needs.

This role requires a combination of solution architecture expertise and hands-on platform experience. The successful candidate should be comfortable defining and designing solutions while also contributing directly to their implementation. They will remain actively involved in technical activities and work closely with the teams responsible for delivering the solution.

The objective is to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet business requirements, integrate effectively with the technology environment, and align with ServiceNow and ITIL 4 best practices.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and actively contribute to the implementation of ServiceNow solutions that address business and technology requirements.

Translate business needs and processes into functional and technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Participate directly in the configuration, design, and implementation of solutions as required.

Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and internal or external systems.

Contribute to the implementation and evolution of relevant ServiceNow capabilities, particularly in IT Service Management.

Apply ServiceNow and ITIL 4 best practices throughout solution design and implementation.

Define appropriate architectural direction while maintaining a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.

Collaborate with technical and functional teams to address solution design and implementation challenges.

Conduct solution reviews and support teams throughout the various phases of implementation.

Clearly communicate solution decisions, impacts, and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

7+ years of demonstrated senior-level experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Recent hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and an interest in remaining actively involved in technical delivery.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related program

Ability to contribute at both the solution architecture and implementation levels.

Robust knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and IT service management practices.

Experience configuring and evolving ServiceNow solutions.





Experience designing ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications.

Good understanding of ITIL 4 practices and principles.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical and achievable ServiceNow solutions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, functional teams, and business stakeholders.

Ability to clearly explain design decisions and guide teams throughout implementation.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Candidate Profile

We are primarily looking for a senior professional with practical experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

This is not a role focused solely on defining architecture or providing high-level direction. The successful candidate should be comfortable remaining hands-on and contributing directly to solution delivery, working alongside teams responsible for configuration, development, integration, and deployment.

The ability to understand business requirements, design the appropriate ServiceNow solution, and actively support its implementation is at the core of this role.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000–$150,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
