Assistant Buyer (Appliances) / Drop Ship Coordinator Regular Full Time Toronto, ON, CA Leon’s is currently looking for an Assistant Buyer (Appliances) / Drop Ship Coordinator ON to join our merchandising team. Support the Appliance Buyer with management of the home appliances category that includes assortment planning, purchasing, supplier relationships, merchandise allocation, managing inventory levels, and business analytics Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing for product campaigns and promotions. Drop-Ship / On-line business coordination– Includes other product categories Fostering and maintaining positive relations with all Departments,



as well as all associates you have contact with in our Stores and Home Office, to ensure there is a healthy workplace of mutual respect Ensuring Product Knowledge is made available to all sales associates in a timely manner and that the vendor supports our E-learning requirements as well as offer in-store sales support to our sales associates Experience supporting the procurement of home appliances including washers, dryers, fridges, ranges, dishwashers, small appliances, etc.

Enthusiasm for organization, goal setting, problem-solving and project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: proficiency with Excel.
