The Operations Supervisor manages the boutique's day-to-day non-selling functions in collaboration with Boutique Management. The role oversees key operational areas and supports management across boutique operations as needed. Supervise shipping and receiving, after-sales service, inventory control, loss prevention, and point-of-sale functions.
Oversee facilities maintenance and assist with managing all areas of boutique operations. Availability to work a full time schedule with varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Willingness to follow company policies and standards and travel as needed. #
