Ensure that the Mountain Safety Team is adequately supplied and that payroll is accurate. Educate staff and guests about safety. Create positive working relationship between the Mountain Safety Team and other staff members.

To provide guests with knowledge about access and proper use of mountain facilities.



Be knowledgeable of Whistler community and resort activities. Liaise with Clubs, Agencies and other communityorganisations to deliver safety information.

Be proactive with new safety initiatives.

Occupational First Aid

Level 3 with CPR endorsement or equivalent preferred.

Previous Mountain Safety

Team member or professional ski patroller preferred BC Driver's License and Driver Abstract an asset. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are key qualities. Strong computer skills are required.

Responsible and willing to work with minimal supervision.
