Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Water Well Technician and be at the forefront of supporting water well construction, waterline installation, and water system maintenance and repairs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills, assist with interesting problems, and contribute to safe and effective drilling and construction activities. Responsibilities

Assist senior Well Technicians in preparing and maintaining equipment for well operations, including handling tools and materials required for various tasks. Support the setup and breakdown of well sites, ensuring all safety protocols are followed diligently. Help with the inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment used during well servicing activities.

Operate basic machinery such as forklifts and support transportation needs on-site, adhering to safety standards. Assist with documentation of daily activities, safety reports, and operational logs to ensure accurate record-keeping.



Assist in installing and maintaning waterlines, pumps, etc.

Experience

Previous construction experience or hands-on work in industrial environments is highly valued. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with equipment used in water, oil & gas operations will give you a strong foundation for success.

Experience operating forklifts, excavators, or other industrial vehicles is preferred, along with valid commercial driving licenses where applicable. Knowledge of drilling processes or related techniques is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed. A proactive attitude towards safety practices combined with a willingness to learn will help you thrive in this role.

Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 60.0 per week
