Associate Clinical Representative, Spine Location: Remote – Montreal, Canada At VB Spine, you’ll be part of a mission-focused team that supports surgeons during life-changing spinal procedures. As an Associate Clinical Representative, Spine in our Sales function, you’ll work closely with Territory Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers to support the promotion and sale of VB Spine products — including surgical case coverage, clinical education, and after-hours support — while helping achieve sales objectives and delivering outstanding customer service.

Assist Sales

Representatives in the promotion and sale of VB Spine spinal products Direct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings Keep Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and the Director of Sales informed of territory progress Solve product-related issues for customers in a timely and professional manner Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products University degree preferred (Science, Kinesiology,

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is CAD $65,000 – $85,000 annually, with potential for commissions, bonuses, and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case‑by‑case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
