Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our long-standing and supportive team for Tuesdays, Fridays and one-two Saturdays a month. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive dental treatments, build lasting patient relationships, and contribute to our stellar reputation for outstanding care. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally within a supportive environment that values excellence and patient satisfaction.

We are seeking a dentist who is kind and outgoing, passionate about providing high-quality dental care, and must be comfortable working independently in the office. Being comfortable providing full-scope dentistry would be an asset, including molar endodontics, prosthodontics and extractions. Our office is equipped with a CBCT for treatment planning, a Trios scanner with plans for further investment and capacity expansion in the future.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Conduct preventive and restorative dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and crowns.




- Utilize ClearDent software for patient management and record-keeping.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid Ontario dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in using ClearDent software an asset
- Experience in a busy dental office is a must, treating all demographics with an ability recognize scope of your own abilities putting patient welfare and successful outcome first.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail as will be working as solo practictioner; mentoring can be offered.

Pay: $102,538.46-$144,000.00 per year
