You will work with an established Home & Auto client base, deliver relationship-focused advice, and contribute to agency growth. This producing advisor role balances excellent client care with proactive reviews, retention, referrals, cross-selling, and new business development.

Your initial focus will be Home & Auto. Over time, successful performance may create opportunities to develop into Commercial, Farm, Life, Wealth, leadership, or other specialized areas based on your strengths, interests, and the evolving needs of the agency.

Compensation, Benefits and Growth

· Competitive base salary starting in the $50,000+ range, aligned with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability

· Total earning potential of approximately $75,000+, depending on individual performance, relationship building, referrals, cross-selling, new business, and professional development

What You Will Be Responsible For

· Manage and service an established Home & Auto book, including policy changes, renewals, billing support, documentation, and follow-up

· Conduct proactive client reviews, identify coverage gaps, and provide transparent,



personalized advice

· Build trusted client relationships that support retention and an exceptional service experience

· Identify appropriate cross-selling, upselling, referral, and new-business opportunities

· Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building

· Refer qualified Life, Wealth, Commercial, Farm, and Group Benefits opportunities and collaborate with the appropriate advisor or specialist

· Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant client and policy documentation

· Work toward agreed service, activity, retention, growth, and performance expectations

Who We Are Looking For

· An active OTL licence

· Approximately 3+ years of relevant insurance experience, including solid hands-on Home & Auto experience

· Strong sales, service, communication, and relationship-building skills

· The ability to become productive without extensive foundational Home & Auto training

· Confidence identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, following through, and asking for business when appropriate

· Strong organization, accuracy, accountability, judgement, and attention to detail

· A coachable, collaborative, and long-term career mindset

· A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for occasional client or business-related requirements

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort learning agency systems and processes

Location and Work Environment

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our physical agency office in Simcoe, Ontario.

· The role is primarily in-office, particularly during onboarding and while becoming established with the team,



systems, clients, and agency expectations

· Candidates must be comfortable working in the Simcoe office

· Some flexibility may become available after the successful candidate is fully established and consistently meeting role expectations

· The position requires comfort serving walk-in clients, meeting clients face-to-face, and collaborating in person with the team
