Responsibilities
- Advise public and private clients on municipal law matters
- Handle land use planning and land development files
- Support a hybrid practice covering both advisory and litigation work
- Assist with expropriation-related matters as needed
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of post-call experience.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Experience in municipal law, land use planning, or a related practice area
- Ability to handle both advisory and litigation files
- Comfortable working in a hybrid practice setting with some autonomy
