Our FYidoctors - Edmonton - Brewery District clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Medical Associate to fill an existing vacancy! This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required Previous retail experience is considered an asset Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite Competitive wages with the prospect to earn quarterly bonuses(available at qualifying clinics) Continuous training and development opportunities to support your careergrowth Our doctor-led, patient-first approach has driven our rapid growth.
