Plan sales and growth targets, profit levels, a mix of business office products. Attend sponsored training classes as scheduled. Train the sales staff on the benefits of financing, insurance and extended service programs.
Establish and maintain strong and professional working relationships with finance companies, banks, manufacture financing centre and suppliers. Ensure that all sales customers and potential sales customers of the dealership are handled in a positive manner and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Provide maximum sales customer satisfaction.
Seek out and develop additional business office products. Consistently meet or exceed Division F&I; averages and key performance metrics. Proficient with MS Suites, advanced level of Excel skill is required Previous automotive sales or delivery specialist experience is required Dealer related systems (such as PBS) experience is an asset Pay Rate: Salary plus Commission, remuneration may exceed pay range based on performance Weins Auto Group is an equal prospect employer.
