We are seeking a Licensed Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards. In this role, you will be responsible for completing mechanical and electrical repairs, conducting inspections, and documenting all work performed.

We’ve enhanced our service process by incorporating video documentation of every vehicle in service. This allows for greater transparency with our customers while increasing technician productivity. As a result, technician hours have increased, and technicians have the opportunity to earn up to an additional $10 per flat rate hour through our bonus program.

The Licensed Automotive Technician plays a critical role in ensuring vehicle safety, repair quality, and customer satisfaction. Success in this role depends on strong technical ability, efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, brakes, tires, and scheduled services
- Conduct multi-point inspections and complete professional inspection videos for every vehicle in service
- Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and parts used on repair orders
- Ensure all repairs meet safety regulations and dealership quality standards
- Communicate vehicle conditions and repair recommendations with Service Advisors and management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer and dealership training
- Contribute to team productivity and support shop workflow efficiency

Experience and Licensing

- Automotive Service Technician License (310S)

- Dealership or professional repair experience – Preferred
- Valid driver’s license – Required
