The Role As our Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for the following:
- Greet customers and handle incoming calls
- Create provide & sell estimates
- Gather information regarding customer concerns and document the vehicle's condition
- Communicate the relevant details to the technician
- Schedule diagnostics and repairs
- Present the technician's findings in a way customers can understand
- Help customers make an informed decision and obtain authorization
- Coordinate parts and scheduling, oversee progress,



and keep the customer updated
- Arrange pickup, complete the transaction, and make sure the customer leaves with a positive experience

What We're Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor experience (Preferred)
- Automotive industry experience and a strong understanding of automotive repair (Preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable selling legitimate repairs
- Accountable, organized, and independent, able to take ownership of your responsibilities
- Solution-oriented and composed when multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's licence

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
