In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, with a focus on maximizing efficiency, profitability, and productivity while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will provide leadership and support to the service teams, ensuring a high standard of professionalism, workmanship, and customer care that builds lasting relationships.

Lead, coach, and motivate the Service Department teams in Middleton and Digby Oversee daily operations of the Service Department Ensure exceptional customer service and positive ownership satisfaction Ensure compliance with GM policies, dealership procedures, and safety regulations Assist in hiring, training, and development of department employees Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Assist in the planning of departmental goals and targets.



Ensure training for all employees and encourage technicians to keep their skills up to date through periodic technical training offered by manufacturers. Monitor employee performance, set goals and objectives, and support their growth.

In cooperation with the dealership’s management team, must review the previous month’s sales/profit performance to determine where improvements can be made. Minimum of 3 years of Automotive Service Management experience High School Diploma Robust knowledge of automotive repair Understanding of service department financials, KPI, and profitability Advanced computer skills; PBS experience is considered an asset Organizing & Planning: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks, projects, and resources effectively.
