Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily scheduling of vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections to maximize shop productivity
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair timelines, service details, and any additional needs or upselling opportunities
- Assign work orders to technicians based on skill set, workload, and parts availability
- Track vehicle progress throughout the day, updating customers and team members regularly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately at the front desk
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring parts availability and ordering supplies as needed
- Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue

Requirements





- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive repair environment is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand repair processes and communicate effectively with technicians
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic sales skills with an aptitude for upselling services and accessories
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
