AV Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator As a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring equipment and materials are procured, prepared and delivered on time, working closely with engineers, project teams and suppliers to support projects from initial purchase for themed attractions and immersive experiences for clients worldwide. This role would suit someone with experience in audio visual procurement or purchasing who enjoys a diverse, fast-paced environment. Raise and manage purchase orders for AV equipment and project materials.

Coordinate UK and international shipments. Prepare export documentation and customs paperwork. Plan and organise deliveries to project sites. Receive, inspect and verify incoming deliveries. Loading and unloading of deliveries.

Manage supplier returns, warranty claims and damaged goods. Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery or product issues.



Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure materials are available when required.

Support logistics planning for multiple simultaneous projects. Must have previous experience in purchasing or procurement. Strong organisational and planning skills. Knowledge of international shipping and export documentation.

Knowledge of AV manufacturers, suppliers and technical products.
