Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Baker/Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious baked goods and cooked meals that meet our quality standards. You’ll work in a lively kitchen environment, ensuring that every dish served is fresh, tasty, and presented with care. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food preparation, has some experience in food service or restaurant settings, and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare baked goods such as bread, pastries, and other treats according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Cook and assemble meals, ensuring proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
- Assist in food preparation tasks including chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients to support efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Support food service by helping with serving dishes and ensuring timely delivery to customers or dining areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards within the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and support a positive work environment.
- Willingness to learn new recipes, cooking methods, and industry best practices.
- A genuine passion for food service and creating enjoyable dining experiences for customers.

Pay: $19.37 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
