Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laborer and bakery associates to join our team in a dynamic food service environment. This role is essential for supporting daily operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth production . The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic food handling knowledge, and excellent time management skills.

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, sanitation, and customer service within a fast-paced setting.

Duties

- Assist with food preparation tasks following safety and sanitation standards
- Working at line with other coworkers in a fast pace environment
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and ingredient organization
- Job includes production, packaging, sorting, picking. labeling and packaging.
- Must be able to weight 5-15kg.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure proper food safety practices are followed at all times




- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated shifts
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
- Support sanitation procedures to meet health regulations and standards
- Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to up sell menu items to enhance customer experience and sales performance

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
