This leadership role oversees daily banking operations across multiple offices, ensuring accuracy, compliance and superior client service while guiding the team.

You will coordinate workloads, monitor progress, coach staff, and resolve complex issues with regulators and clients, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
