Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Operations Officer.This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide operational support within a team-oriented team environment, focusing on transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $27.70/hr Manage transaction processing within established guidelines and SLAs Finalize requests through queue management and support ad hoc processing tasks Validate information for incoming transactions and support adjustments within authority levels Identify and suggest opportunities for service and process improvements Support compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and enterprise frameworks Contribute to reporting and analysis on critical projects or initiatives that optimize operations Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office,
