The Banquet Busser is responsible for assisting Banquet Servers with the setup and preparation of banquet rooms and buffet stations for all dining functions. Duties include clearing dishes and glassware from tables, monitoring and replenishing buffet stations and condiments, polishing silverware,



maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout banquet spaces, and assisting with event breakdown and reset procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with the banquet team to ensure efficient service, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience while maintaining high hospitality standards throughout all functions.
