Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering expert advice.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards to ensure a protected environment for clients and staff.
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, greeting clients, and processing payments efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations.




- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related cosmetology fields; licensing as required by local regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain services and product benefits.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment at all times.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs.
- Basic proficiency in retail sales and front desk operations is preferred.
- A motivated attitude with a passion for hairstyling and helping clients look their best.
