Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests to ensure a positive experience




- Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings with strong knowledge of food service operations
- Skilled in bartending techniques, serving procedures, and customer engagement
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders efficiently during busy hours
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order totaling
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a quick-paced hospitality environment
- Experience with food industry standards related to serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements
