We're looking for a BDC Administrator to join our Service customer support team at Porsche Centre Markham. What You'll Do

- Answer phone calls and schedule customer appointments.
- Discuss details of requested service with customers (i.e. What is involved, length of time required).
- Telephone and email customers to remind them of upcoming appointments, recalls or special promotions.
- Communicate customer feedback to service advisor or service manager.
- Control incoming customer traffic by assigning customers to service advisors.
- All other duties as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Bring

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in order to resolve customer issues.
- Acceptable driver's abstract and a valid driver's license in your province of residence.

Pay

Salary and commission $55,000 - $65,000

Vacancy: This is an additional position

Location: Markham, Ontario onsite at the dealership
