and maintain commercial kitchen equipment Perform field service repairs and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and gas systems Install and calibrate commercial equipment Complete service documentation and reports Provide excellent customer service while on-site 3–5 years of technical field service experience ~ Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities ~ French & English bilingualism required for most territories ~ Gas Fitter License (Tag 1 or Tag 2) considered a strong asset ~ Commercial dishwashers International experience may also be considered.
