The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking a customer-focused contact centre qualified. You will assist inbound callers with account inquiries, resolve issues by advising on TD products and services, and deliver legendary customer service to meet performance targets.

After training, you’ll work primarily offsite with about 95% remote work and occasional in-person TD events. Strong bilingual communication is essential.
