Mission
JBS Equipment is a rapidly growing agricultural manufacturing company located in Mission, BC. We are seeking a well-organized, detailed oriented Accounting Clerk to assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable, with a positive team player attitude. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice creation, entry and payments.
Reconcile company credit cards and maintain accurate financial records. Support process improvements, compliance, and ad hoc financial reporting. Perform general data entry, administrative accounting tasks and ad hoc work as needed. 2+ years of accounting experience, experience with both AP and AR. ~ Excellent excel and MS Office Suite skills. ~ Quick Books experience, robust asset. ~ An accounting diploma is an asset.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently with minimum supervision.
