- Investigate and negotiate service claims effectively

- Identify salvage and subrogation recovery opportunities
- Share knowledge about claims handling with partners
- Maintain high service quality standards Requirements:
- One year of insurance or related experience
- Post-secondary education in insurance or related field
- Provincial Adjuster License and working towards CIP preferred
- Experience in contact centers preferable
