The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our corporate clients and contribute to the implementation, use, and continuous improvement of the various solutions offered by OHStraining. This role combines customer service, user support, and content validation responsibilities. Provide professional support to clients and users of our various platforms, including both technical and training-related assistance

- Respond to support requests by phone, email, or through our communication tools
- Guide clients in the effective use of their training solutions and learning environments
- Participate in the configuration and deployment of solutions for corporate clients
- Assist with the preparation, adaptation, formatting, and publishing of documents and content
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient and professional customer experience
- Participate in meetings, training sessions,



and other activities required to perform the role effectively
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, tools, and services. Strong customer service skills, interpersonal abilities, and agility
- Proficiency with computer applications and web-based environments. The ability to quickly learn new software and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Knowledge of e-learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS), the corporate setting, or occupational health and safety is considered an asset.
