Koroseal Interior Products is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent service by answering emails and calls from clients, manage order entry, and ensure accuracy.

You will collaborate with logistics, warehouse and finance to ensure timely delivery and invoicing, track order status, maintain CRM records, and support the sales team with stock checks and pricing.

Full time position in Montreal, bilingual French-English, strong communication and multitasking skills required.
