The Medical Authorization

Centre (MAC) within Federal Administered Programs is a centre of expertise specializing in the authorization and reimbursement of health benefits as well as health related travel (HRT). HRT is a program available to eligible Veteran clients providing direct transportation to and from medical appointments and/or treatment centres with approved health care professionals. You will have the ability to choose varying shifts between the operational hours of 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

through various means of communication You are able to concentrate and have high attention to detail while using a computer for prolonged periods of time Those who have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in customer service or office administration have proven to be very successful in our environment Security Clearance Requirement: In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
