As a vital member of our Claims Department, you will leverage your three years of claims handling experience to negotiate complex settlements with third parties and escalate disputes as necessary. Your bilingual skills in English and French will enhance our commitment to client engagement and service. Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and negotiate settlements on subrogation claims
- Resolve disputes with third parties/insurers




- Direct civil actions and attend court meetings
- Draft pleadings and attend small claims court
- Process subrogation receipts for claims systems Requirements:
- Three years of relevant claims handling experience
- CIP designation is an asset
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation
- Provincial claims adjuster license in progress
- University/College degree required Utilize your expertise in claims management to create significant financial recoveries for CGIC while enhancing client satisfaction.
