Global is looking for a Business Analyst to support leading a Commercial Banking Billing Modernization program with one of Canada’s largest financial institutions. The program is focused on automating billing activities that are currently performed manually by back-office teams.



This resource will work alongside other Business Analysts and partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand existing billing processes, define business and solution requirements, and develop current-state and future-state process maps.

The ideal candidate will have strong Commercial Banking experience, knowledge of Commercial Banking products and billing processes, and experience supporting operational or billing transformation initiatives. This individual must be comfortable operating independently and helping stakeholders define requirements within an early-stage program. Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with Commercial Banking business and technology stakeholders.

Gather, analyze, and document business and solution requirements for the Billing Modernization program. Assess existing manual billing processes performed by back-office teams. Identify process gaps, operational pain points, and opportunities for billing automation.

Translate business and operational needs into clear requirements for technology partners. Build strong relationships with business, operations, and technology stakeholders. Support the early definition of the program, including scope, requirements, and business-case development.

Work alongside other Business Analysts while providing leadership and direction across the requirements process. Operate independently in an early-stage environment where scope and requirements are still being established. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
