We are looking for a detail oriented, and reliable Accounts Payable Associate to join our Accounting team! Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this incumbent would be assisting with the overall accounts payable process to ensure the timely processing of vendor invoices.

Address any invoice discrepancies with the trade/vendor and or project manager Reconcile vendor statements/ledgers; Assist with the monthly Construction Draw Report for relevant projects by pulling and photocopying invoices and sending them to the Senior Project Accountant Assist with the year-end audit Able to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects Able to cope with a high volume of data entry Familiarity with Newstar ERP software is an asset Experience with SAP Concur would be considered a strong asset At least 3 years’ experience in a development and construction accounts payable role In return for your skills and dedication,
