Engage with biodiversity research as a Research Assistant 2 at McGill University in Montreal. Collaborate on the BON in a Box platform and enhance biodiversity analysis. Under the guidance of Professor Andrew Gonzalez, this role focuses on maintaining documentation, debugging pipelines, and identifying grants for ongoing research.

You will communicate scientific concepts to various audiences, build relationships with policy actors, and support awareness campaigns for BON in a Box through social media efforts. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain documentation for the BON in a Box platform
- Debug and enhance biodiversity analysis pipelines
- Support grant applications and partnership building
- Present scientific concepts to diverse audiences
- Review communication strategies to increase public awareness

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in biology or equivalent
- Experience with R and Python coding; Julia is a plus
- Solid communication and public speaking skills
- Proven ability in relationship-building with partners
- Adaptability and quick learning in diverse subjects
