Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, guiding them through the bottle service experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate orders for bottles, mixers, and additional amenities, ensuring prompt and friendly service
- Manage POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Upsell premium bottles and packages to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for any special requests or food preparation needs related to bottle service
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability




- Ensure guest safety by monitoring the environment, managing crowd flow, and enforcing venue policies

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Toast POS, for seamless order processing and transactions
- Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables and requests efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable to understand food industry standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, tipping, and cash handling tasks
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve upselling and guest engagement
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation can be an asset in understanding menu offerings
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth operations
- A positive attitude combined with professionalism to create an inviting atmosphere for all guests
