A Brake & Alignment Technician is a skilled member of the Service Department who reports to the Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities A Brake & Alignment Technician is responsible for performing the following duties:
- Diagnose and repair worn brake parts
- Perform alignments on all makes/models of vehicles/trucks
- Ensure Alignment Equipment is in valuable repair.
- Keep his/her work area clean and organized.
The Employee’s productivity will be monitored. Employees will be expected to perform in accordance with industry standards, as well as standards specific to Done-Rite Tire & Auto. The hours in the Service Department are 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
REQUIREMENTS In order to be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Previous experience performing mechanical work/alignments
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
