BRANCH MANAGER - PONOKA We are seeking a leader who enjoys building relationships within the community, supporting local initiatives, leading others and serving as a trusted insurance advisor to local individuals, families, and businesses. As our Branch Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while managing and growing your own portfolio of general insurance clients. This role combines leadership, business development, insurance expertise, and customer service to support the continued success of the branch, team, and clients we serve.

Status: Full-Time Manage and grow a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance clients. Identify opportunities for recent business, client retention, and account growth. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

As Branch Manager

Lead the branch in achieving business objectives related to growth, retention, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and employee engagement.



Ensure branch operations run effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. Level 2 General Insurance License Demonstrated experience in personal and commercial lines, with a solid understanding of multiple industries and insurance classes.

Additional certifications such as CIP are considered an asset. Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
