We are seeking an enthusiastic branch manager to serve at the Woodcroft branch.You motivate and inspire staff, provide top-notch customer service, lead projects, and build community connections. Your coaching and mentoring skills help your team develop and excel. Using your superb organizational and leadership skills, you will manage the Woodcroft Branch, ensuring that the facility, collections, and services best meet the needs of the community.

As the manager, you are accountable for 30 full-time and part time positions. Familiar with library service trends and technologies,



you foster a learning environment and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.You are committed to upholding the Canadian Federation of Library Associations position statements on Intellectual Freedom and Diversity and Inclusion.
