Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Take accurate breakfast orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Provide attentive guest service by checking on tables, answering questions about menu items, and upselling popular dishes or specials to enhance the dining experience
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service areas, including tables, trays,



and serving stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations and guest satisfaction

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry will help you excel in this role
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order processing and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction management
- Prior kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential

Pay: $17.60-$29.03 per hour
