- Execute complex breast reconstruction surgeries
- Fulfill a general surgery on-call requirement
- Utilize hospital facilities like the Operating Room effectively
- Provide clinical education to medical students and staff
- Engage in lymphedema surgery as needed

Requirements:

- Subspecialty training in breast reconstruction
- Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
