B2B ROUTE CONTRACT: Independent Delivery Services (White Glove Appliances)

Service Hub: Dispatching from Oakville, ON (Servicing the GTA)

Relationship Status: Independent Commercial Broker / Subcontractor (B2B) – This is a contract for services, not an employment position.

Contract Value: Flat service fee of $210 per day

Payment Terms: Weekly payout upon receipt and verification of professional invoice.

Logistics Support: Access to Dedicated Delivery Vehicle Fleet Included (Zero vehicle capital overhead required).

Are you a registered logistics business, sole proprietorship, or independent contractor looking to secure consistent daily contract volume in the GTA?We are currently offering dedicated routes to professional Independent Delivery Brokers specializing in White Glove residential delivery of heavy home appliances. This contract is ideal for independent business operators who want to maximize their daily earnings without the burden of commercial truck leasing, maintenance, and capital outlays.

Scope of Work & Commercial Terms

- Premium Logistics: Execute end-to-end, room-of-choice placement of heavy home appliances, adhering to strict "White Glove" property protection standards.
- Operational Autonomy: As an independent operator, you manage your own execution methods and daily pacing to fulfill the routed contractual requirements.
- Resource Access: To assist you in fulfilling this contract,



a dedicated delivery vehicle from our fleet will be allocated to your route at no cost to your business.
- Business Scaling: We welcome and encourage you to utilize your own personnel/helpers to ensure all heavy lifts are executed safely and efficiently under your business's supervision.

Minimum Compliance & Business Requirements
- WSIB Compliance: Must possess and maintain a valid WSIB Clearance Certificate (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) in good standing.
- Corporate Structure: Must operate as a registered independent business entity (Incorporated or Sole Proprietorship) and be fully equipped to issue professional weekly business invoices for completed routes.
- Capabilities: Demonstrated commercial experience in appliance delivery, heavy freight handling, or professional residential moving.
- Operating Credentials: Valid driver's licence with a clean commercial abstract and a explicit criminal background check for any personnel operating the fleet assets.
- Non-Exclusivity: Contractors maintain the absolute right to provide logistics services to other clients and entities outside of these contract fulfillment hours.
