What You'll Do

You’ll support customers on the floor, delivering thoughtful, responsible product education rooted in accurate cannabis knowledge.

You'll ensure all transactions and interactions align with regulations and company policies, operating POS accurately and maintaining compliance at all times.

You'll assist with product receiving, inventory support,



and maintaining secure store standards within a regulated environment.

You’ll stock drawers, help create displays, and maintain organized storage areas. You'll ensure products are properly stored, rotated, and accessible for fellow Team Members to support smooth floor operations.

You'll maintain clean, organized, customer ready space while supporting overall team flow and daily operational tasks.

This role requires attention to detail, accountability, and consistency throughout every shift.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of grocery, liquor store, cannabis or retail experience
- Valid “Selling It Right” certification
- Demonstrated cash management skills
- Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of cannabis
- Ability to professionally interact with customers at all times
- Ability to work a variety of shifts from Sundays through to Thursdays, including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.

Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Cannabis Retail: 1 year (preferred)
