Box 217, Brantford, ON N3T 5M8 The candidate will be expected to use industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste. The candidate will be required to make minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contact tradespeople for major repairs.

The candidate will be required to contact contractors for establishment repairs and maintenance. The candidate will be required to perform minor appliance repairs. The candidate will be expected to conduct safety and security checks.

The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies. The candidate will be required to perform other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair. The candidate will be expected to water and care for plants, lawns, and/or gardens.





The candidate will be expected to work with little supervision. The candidate must explicit snow and ice from walkways and parking lots. The candidate will be expected to assist in the pruning of trees, shrubs, and plants.

Job Requirements The candidate should be fluent in English language. The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a programme lasting one to two years, or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.

The candidate must have a WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certificate. The candidate should be dependable. The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature. The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.

The candidate should have good judgemental skills. The candidate should be reliable. Work setting The candidate will be required to work in various locations. The candidate will be required to work in a school or educational institution/establishment.

Area of work experience ~ The candidate must have prior experience with landscaping and snow removal. Transportation/travel information The candidate must have their own transportation. The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.

Work conditions and physical capabilities The candidate should be prepared to perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work. The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
