Position : Maintenance person – building Salary : $36.60 hourly / 35 hours per week Permanent employment, Full-time The candidate must be able to use industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste. The candidate must clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings. The candidate will be responsible for making minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems,



as well as contacting tradespersonsfor major repairs.

The candidate must contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies. The candidate must perform other routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair.

The candidate will be responsible for watering and maintaining plants, lawns, and/or gardens. The candidate should be fluent in the English language. The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
