Warehouse Material Handler Onsite, Full time Shift: Day Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday We are a global leader in mining technology for a sustainable future. Shipment Verification: _ Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments daily, ensuring accuracy against bills of lading, invoices, and orders to maintain precise records. _ Material Handling: _ Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products to appropriate departments or storage areas, using manual methods or equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. _ Inventory Management: _ Maintain organized inventory by sorting and placing items on racks, shelves, or designated bins, utilizing Oracle-based inventory management programs to track stock efficiently. _ Packing and Preparation: _ Prepare shipments by assembling, labeling, and packaging items,
completing all necessary documentation to ensure smooth dispatch. _ Cross-Department Coordination: _ Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate material flow supporting warehouse operations. _ Physical Requirements: _ Lift and move materials weighing 40-50 lbs regularly as part of daily tasks. _ Success Indicators: _ Accuracy in shipment documentation, efficient inventory organization, timely coordination with departments, and adherence to safety standards. _ High school diploma or GED ~Basic computer skills including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Oracle-based inventory systems. ~ Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. ~ Forklift certification (preferred, training available).
