The Business Support

Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving processes, and supporting team success. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction while aligning with organizational goals. Monitor and ensure SLA compliance,



performance metrics, and customer satisfaction. Prepare and analyze data reports to inform management decisions. Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.

Prior

Rogers retail experience is an asset.

Experience in business supervision, operations, or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and relevant software. Commitment to maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. A proven training program with ongoing support.
