Business Analyst (Finance Business Solutions) SAIT’s Finance department loves an equation — so we’re looking to add to our team. P5944 - Business Analyst Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity. 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year The Finance Business Solutions team bridges business needs and technical solutions by managing integrated finance systems that support departmental and institution-wide operations.

Reporting to the Manager, Finance Business Solutions, the Business Analyst collaborates with Finance staff, provides analytical support and helps design and implement effective, effective systems and processes for SAIT’s finance function.

The Business

Analyst applies strong analytical, process design, and change management skills to deliver sustainable improvements and successful adoption. The role champions AI literacy and responsible AI adoption across the Finance department. This position is well suited to an individual who is passionate about finance innovation, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and excels at bringing people, processes, and technology together to deliver meaningful transformation.
