We are looking for two relationship-focused Small Business Advisors who are passionate about helping entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their goals. Support Local

Business. As a Small Business Advisor in either our Bonnyville or Cold Lake branch, you will be the trusted financial partner for our business members. You'll develop long-term relationships by understanding each member's unique needs and providing tailored financial solutions that help their businesses grow.

Building and managing a portfolio of small business members. Developing new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement. Provide proactive, individualized financial advice, fostering long term member relationships with follow-ups and referrals of credit union products and services.

Analyzing financial statements, business plans, cash flow, and credit information to assess lending opportunities.



Monitoring existing credit relationships to ensure sound portfolio quality. Staying informed on market trends, industry developments, and local economic conditions.

Delivering an exceptional member experience that reflects our corporate values. We are looking for someone who combines financial expertise with a genuine passion for helping local businesses succeed. Post-secondary degree in Business or other relevant combined education and experience.

At least 3 years of experience in small business banking, lending, financial service and business development. Excellent relationship building and communication skills. Strong understanding of financial statements, applicable risk management policies and legal and security documentation for small business products.
